Purchase Conditions 

Prices and sales conditions are for informational purposes and may be subject to changes due to market fluctuations. However, completing the purchase order through the form implies acceptance of the price offered and the general terms and conditions of sale in force at that specific moment. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be considered completed with full legal guarantees that protect the consumer, and from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The contract will be formalized in English or the applicable language of the purchasing country in the European Union. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived, and the user will have access to it through their customer area. 

Shipping 

Shipping to certain countries may be subject to restrictions depending on licensing regulations. For questions about international shipping, please consult our team. 

Delivery times range between 5 to 15 days. Although we strive to meet these delivery times, we cannot guarantee them, as they depend on the transport companies we work with. 

The customer has 72 hours from the receipt of the order to verify the integrity of all components and ensure that all products are included. After this period, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims regarding defects or missing items will be accepted. 

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. Within the next 24 hours, the customer should verify the products and report any objections. If a product is received damaged during transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours to file a claim with the transport company. It is also advisable to notify the transport company directly. 

 

Goods may be subject to customs duties. 

Returns 

In compliance with European legislation, customers may return products for any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. To do so, the conditions set out on this page must be met. 

Return Conditions for Individual Customers 

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, you can submit your return for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Please submit your request to contact@strip-tags.com 

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included, in perfect condition, protected, and with intact labeling. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return. 

Once you have notified us of your intention to return via email, you will receive instructions by email on how to return the item to our facilities. You must send the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You are free to choose and arrange with the carrier that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates. 

Once the merchandise is received and checked to be in perfect condition, the refund process will begin. We will refund the payment received from you, excluding the cost of delivery. The refund can take up to 7 days from when we received and checked the items 

We will not refund delivery costs, custom & parcels rejected by you or customs will be returned to us & you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties/taxes.
